Aged in 100% new 500L French oak, with full malolactic fermentation. The idea behind this Chardonnay was to strike a balance of crisp cool-climate Chardonnay, with the cellar treatment of a new oak aged California Style Chardonnay. The nose offers aromas of green apple, lemon peel, and graphite, all wrapped in a blanket of buttered popcorn and brioche. The palate is bright, yet round with great acid, but also tremendous texture, and notes of lemon meringue, vanilla bean, and toasted bread.

100% once used French oak and 25% whole cluster on the Mourvèdre, this is a classic fruit forward California Grenache. Brilliant ruby in color, the aromatics are red fruit heavy with strawberry preserves, fresh raspberry, watermelon jolly rancher, and rhubarb with hints of cinnamon and fresh herbs. Plush, easy drinking and medium bodied, the palate is dominated by red fruit, soft round tannins, lifting acidity, and a finish of dried herbs, a touch of leather and returning fruit.
