Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrel, and aged in neutral french oak for 4 months. No malolactic fermentation. Brilliant pale rose gold color with aromatics of grapefruit, honeydew melon, orange zest, white raspberry and peony. The palate is beautifully balanced with bright acidity, crisp stone fruit, a gentle texture on the mid-palate and lovely minerality. Your new favorite summer water!
