Bivium’s first white wine, comprising of Grenache Blanc hailing from Edna Valley with a healthy dose of Grenache Gris from Paso. It's light, bright and crisp but with Grenache Blanc's classic palate weight. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral french oak for 4 months with no malolactic fermentation.

Aromatically, the wine offers lemon peel, apple blossoms, green apple, unripe mango, fresh fennel, and wet gravel. The palate is dry, lean and crisp, with singing acidity, a nice round texture, and subtle notes of under ripe pineapple, Meyer lemon, and a touch of honeysuckle.
