Aged in 100% new French oak puncheons (most of which were lightly toasted), this blend glows with a deep ruby red and is as striking in the glass as it is on the palate. The aromatics burst with strawberry and basil pie, lavender, and white pepper, accented by hints of savory molasses and crushed rock. The palate delivers generous waves of ripe red and blue fruit, wrapped in a seamless, silky texture. Bright, lifted acidity carries through to a long, graceful finish layered with dried herbs, cracked pepper, and a subtle touch of smoky meats. A Central Coast homage to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, marrying elegance with power.
