Aged exclusively in neutral French oak, the aromatics begin with strawberry rhubarb pie, raspberry preserves, and leather that lead to a wonderful array of spices, dried herbs and tobacco. Medium bodied with red fruit flavors that glide over the palate, a beautiful lift in the mid palate and firm tannins and extend through a finish of fruit and spice.

Aged in 100% new 300L lightly toasted French Oak, offering a lovely aromatic transparency and focus. The wine sports a super perfumy nose of perfectly ripe blueberry, black plums, and blackberry, a hint of spun-sugar sweetness and little wafts of smoke and dried meats. The palate is seamless and layered with a fleshy midpalate, generous round tannins, and a streamlined balance of richness and freshness.

A beautiful blend of savory and sweet. Gentle and plush on the entry it quickly moves to a firm tannic grip, great spice, medium acidity and a finish of briary red and black fruits, gravel and game.

Aged in 100% new 320L light long toast French Oak, and completley co-fermented, the wine sports a seductive, high resolution nose of strawberry leather, cherry jolly rancher, juicy black cherry, spun sugar, clove and a lovely mineral character. The palate is seamless and supple, with beautiful red tone fruit flavors, incredible texture, a vibrant mid-palate and great minerality and length.

Full bodied and bold, the wine begins with a lovely texture, big dark fruit flavors that expand on the palate, and perfect acidity to carry the wine across the finish line to mingle with savory flavors and a spicey finish.

Raised in 55% new French oak and 45% once-used French oak, a vibrant swirl of black and blue fruits greets the nose — blackberry compote, black cherry, and blueberry pie — lifted by hints of violets, lavender, and crushed black pepper. Beneath it all, anise, sweet tobacco, and a dusting of cedar add depth and intrigue. On the palate, lush blackberries and blueberries lead, layered with sour plum, dark currants, and savory spice. Silky yet structured, the wine balances rich fruit with bright, energetic acidity and polished, fine-grained tannins. The finish is long and juicy, lingering with dark fruits, floral whispers, and a touch of crushed stone.
