Aged exclusively in neutral French oak, the aromatics begin with strawberry rhubarb pie, raspberry preserves, and leather that lead to a wonderful array of spices, dried herbs and tobacco. Medium bodied with red fruit flavors that glide over the palate, a beautiful lift in the mid palate and firm tannins and extend through a finish of fruit and spice.

Aged in 100% new 320L light long toast French Oak, and completley co-fermented, the wine sports a seductive, high resolution nose of strawberry leather, cherry jolly rancher, juicy black cherry, spun sugar, clove and a lovely mineral character. The palate is seamless and supple, with beautiful red tone fruit flavors, incredible texture, a vibrant mid-palate and great minerality and length.

Aged in once used French oak, the aromatics begins with dried tobacco, freshly ground spices, and savory cured meats before moving into a bit of sweet confection, blueberry, plum, and violets. A beautiful blend of savory and sweet. Gentle and plush on the entry it quickly moves to a firm tannic grip, great spice, medium acidity and a finish of briary red and black fruits, gravel and game.

Aged in once used French oak and blended after primary fermentation. Ripe red and black fruits dominate the nose, with a seductive sweet oak aromas and freshly ground baking spices. The palate is wonderfully balanced and seamlessly integrated, beginning with round ripe fruits, perfectly balanced acidity, plump tannins and a long soft finish.

Aged in once used French oak, this is another deliciously seductive nose of ripe sugar plums, black cherry, blueberry cobbler, smoked meats, black peppercorn, vanilla sweat cream, and subtle florals. Full bodied and bold, the wine begins with a lovely texture, big dark fruit flavors that expand on the palate, and perfect acidity to carry the wine across the finish line to mingle with savory flavors and a spicey finish.

Aged in 100% new 300L lightly toasted French Oak, offering a lovely aromatic transparency and focus. The wine sports a super perfumy nose of perfectly ripe blueberry, black plums, and blackberry, a hint of spun-sugar sweetness and little wafts of smoke and dried meats. The palate is seamless and layered with a fleshy midpalate, generous round tannins, and a streamlined balance of richness and freshness.
