Bright, expressive, and beautifully textured, the 2025 Chardonnay captures the freshness of Edna Valley through the generosity of a riper vintage. The nose weaves together ripe apricot, underripe peach, green apple, and Meyer lemon with a distinct thread of chalky minerality. The palate is crisp and energetic on entry, yet gradually broadens with a supple, almost creamy texture from full malolactic fermentation and extended lees aging. Orchard fruit and citrus echo the aromatics, while vibrant acidity carries the wine effortlessly from front to back. Textured without weight and fruit-driven without sacrificing precision, the finish is clean, mineral, and mouthwatering.
