Joey Wine is Bivium’s cellar blend – a representation of all the varietals that Bivium produced in a given vintage, blended until harmonious perfection. The cuvée is blended immediately after fermentation, aging as a blend in once used French oak.

The nose shows off an array of ripe red and black fruits, baking spices, cured meat, and a hint of barrel influence. The palate is playful, full bodied, and seamless. Big fruit from front to back, olive brine and game on the mid-palate and a juicy, fruit forward finish.
