Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour during the most exciting time of year—harvest! You’ll taste wines at every stage of their journey: from freshly fermenting juice, to wines in tanks and bins, to finished wines aging in barrel.
As we guide you through the winery, you’ll see the full process unfold—fruit arriving and being processed, fermentation and punchdowns, pressing, barrel filling, and everything in between. Every tour is unique depending on what’s happening that day—you may witness grapes coming in, wines being pressed, or active fermentations bubbling away. No matter the day, you’ll taste 5–10 wines (reds, whites, and maybe even a rosé!) in all stages of development, finishing with a special barrel tasting.
